Sufficient & Necessary

"All" introduces a sufficient condition, yet, we put the first part of the sentence as the sufficient part. This makes no sense to me. How is the first portion of the sentence, "Save Koalas" not the sufficient portion if it follows "all"?

All introduces a sufficient condition when we say something like "all Xs are y," but the presence of the word all doesn't mean that we always have a sufficient condition. The word all could also mean only, which it does here, or it could actually come before a necessary condition like in "people from the Midwest are all nice." It's important to read and actually understand what the sentences mean rather than to only try to rely on keywords.
