Train Example

I am a little confused for the second example using W as the 4th variable, why can't S be 5th, V/T be 6th, and Y be 7th. Or V/T be 5th, and S/Y be 6th and 7th. It doesn't seem to break any of the rules but our hypothetical seems to only show us S,Y, V/T as 5th, 6th, and 7th.

What specific time stamp are you referring to? In general, if W is fourth, we could have any combo of S Y and VT as long as S and Y are in the right order. I think the video was putting all three above the slots to indicate the fact that we don't have enough info to determine the order of the three.
