Hi, this is a drill to help us recognize what question type a question is. Since this is asking us which answer choice is not similar to the passage (and a real question will show a passage), this is a bizarro parallel reasoning question.

Bizzaro is just a shorthand to denote an except. That is, normally we would be looking for a strengthen, but in a bizzaro strengthener we would be looking for the one answer choice that does not strengthen.
