Hi, while we tend to group those two question types separately, they are really close cousins and frankly it's bordering on a distinction without a difference. Both are asking us do describe how an argument is made. The only real difference is that a method of reasoning question is more general, and will ask us how an argument precedes, while an argument structure will ask what role a specific clause plays in the argument. They're testing the same skill, but in slightly different ways.
