Same Stimulus, but Different Question
Hello,
This isn't a specific question about the right or wrong answer to this one. I just noticed that this is the same passage as the question right before it. Does the LSAT reuse some of the same passages it has had on previous tests but with different question stems? I know that LSAT Max says that it only uses real questions that the LSAT has asked before.
Thank you!

Good question! The testmakers used to do this (not recently, like in the 90s), but haven't done so for a while. While it's not impossible they could use this practice against in the future, it's extremely unlikely you would see this on test say.
