Number 14 Question 17

I am confused why there are not more partners than 2 because the rules do not say "right before." The rule only says "before," so does that mean it immediately has to be next. For example, N before O.

Let's se what we know by placing m and o. We know that there are only three things that can come last, M O and I. So, I must come last in this scenario

_ _ _ _ O _ M I

We also know that G must come after four other partners, so the only spot left for g is sixth, leaving us with

_ _ _ _ O G M I

So we have placed two other partners, but we do not know the order of the first four other than that h is somewhere before N and k is somewhere before j.
