Need Direction On A Negative Statement

I am getting better with negative statements but find that I still have work to do. I chose the wrong answer because I tripped over the negatively phrased correct answer choice. Answer E says: "No virus that is deadly to organisms of greater complexity than itself is beneficial to humans." If I restate this answer choice like this, is it correct?
