Distinction Help

Could I get some help to further make the distinction why E is wrong. I was between the correct and E. It just seems like both are decent and also parallel answers to some extent.

I dislike E because it shows that the black and white coloration is always a liability, but just less of a liability in some cases. C seems to give us a reason why it is actually not a liability at all. That is, it seems like against certain species, the black and white actually serves as effective camo, while E only give me reason to think the black and white is less bad in some cases.
