In concluding the passage, the author does which one of the following?

Why is E wrong? (Confusing Explanation)...

The question is "In the passage, the author does which one of the following?" The answer for E is "anticipates objections." In the LSATMax explanation for why this answer choice is wrong, at one point it says, "In the third paragraph, the author anticipates objections by making minor concessions to the historians of science." Doesn't this mean that the author does in fact anticipate objections? The answer explanation explicitly says that it does. Am I supposed to take from this that this answer choice, while correct, is not AS correct as answer choice A?

I I don't think that making a minor concession is necessarily anticipating an objection (although it certainly can be), and I think you need to pay more attention to the question. The question asks how the author concluded the passage, that is how they wrapped it up. The fact that they did something else a paragraph earlier doesn't really have a bearing on how they wrapped the passage up by telling us what should be done.
