Second part of my question how do you determine something is an analysis? The argument broke down what exercise was and what it supposed to do. Is there a criteria that needs to be met for it to be considered analysis? Does it have to be very in depth as in breaking it down almost like if you're talking to a toddler or can it just be a synopsis kind of like how this question mentioned the gym?
