Why is E wrong here?

It's asking about the consequences of Monarchs' behavior in the 17th and 18th centuries, and respect for property rights is explicitly listed as a result of the Glorious Revolution, which was in turn the result of the behavior in question.

(E) is incorrect because, while the passage notes that a Glorious Revolution and the formation of Parliament were required to force the Crown to honor property rights, there’s no indication that they did so WILLINGLY.
