If introduces the sufficient, so if it's R for rich then that goes first…

I believe the answer choice takes the contrapositive.

If we go with "rich" first, then the conditional goes: "R -> not SVA." Then, if we take the contrapositive (and remember to flip the negatives when doing so), the conditional becomes: "SVA -> not R," which makes (A) the correct answer.
