I'm assuming you meant to write, "What makes C more correct?"

The issue with answer choice (B) is that it states that the belief that consciousness is a product of the brain and cannot survive bodily death is a "widely accepted belief."

However, the passage tells us that "some people" believe in this. Remember that "some" people could just be one person - meaning it is not necessarily a widely held belief.

Thus, answer choice (B) is not the most accurate description of the role played in the argument by the example of the damaged radio.
