Hello, I was wondering why we couldn't have two F's for in quality, why does it have to be 2 K's

I think you're asking why the answer isn't F is assigned to exactly two committees. If that is the case, then the reason is there is no answer choice that give us that option.

I am wondering, for this question I don't think you would have time to template both options and do the other questions in under 9 minutes. Is there a faster way to arrive at this answer?
