Make sure to always pay close attention to the words used.

We know that the consumer advocate believes that the commonly understood meaning of "fresh" as applied to food products is understood to mean pure and unprocessed.

Now, the manufacturer does not disagree that this is the commonly understood meaning of "fresh," she merely explains that the word "fresh" CAN ALSO MEAN never frozen. If it CAN ALSO MEAN something, then we are agreeing with what the consumer advocate has said above, i.e. that the commonly understood meaning of "fresh" is pure and unprocessed.

Thus, answer choice (C) is not the correct answer.
