While technically the correct negation of "will decrease" is "will not necessarily decrease," you should be fine using "will not decrease" as your negation.Julie-V July 19, 2019
Is there a specific reason as to why the negation is "will not NECESSARILY decrease" instead of simply "will not"? Also, does it make a difference if one is used over the other? Thank you in advance for the clarification!
