Question!
Anything we put to the right of the arrow in our diagram is something that must be. Yet, in the passage it states all C can be CL, and our respective diagram contains CL as the necessary condition? (I realize this premise is not used in reaching the answer, would still like to know)

As you note, the premise in question states "all Capulets can be crossed in love." Another way of thinking about this is "If you are a Capulet, then you can be crossed in love." In other words, if you are a Capulet, then it must be true that one of the qualities you possess is the ability to be crossed in love.
So, yes, the correct diagram is C ==> CL.
You may find it helpful / more specific to diagram as CCL ("can be crossed in love") rather than CL (which you could misinterpret as definitely crossed in love).
Hope this helps. Please let us know if you have any additional questions!
