Connecting contrapositives

When connecting the contrapositives to come up with the answer B, is it best to always start with the middle/ second sentence to connect all our points and come up with the conclusion?

Not sure I understand. The order is irrelevant.

For the transitive property, the key is identifying variables in common.

So for example:

ER ==> DGSL

DGSL ==> BIL

Notice DGSL is the variable in common, so we can connect them as follows:

ER ==> DGSL ==> BIL

If we took the contrapositives, the variable in common is not DGSL:

not DGSL ==> not ER

not BIL ==> not DGSL

So we would connect as follows:

not BIL ==> not DGSL ==> ER
