Type of flaw?

I got the answer correct, but was wondering what this flaw would be called? Would it be an equivocal flaw? Thanks in advance!

@AnkitM absolutely! Petting a domestic animal is very different from owning a pet.

Similarly, riding a boat for a few minutes is not the same thing as owning a boat.

Yeah! Owning a pet/boat could be stressful and increase blood pressure where just petting someone else's pet or riding someone else's boat is all of the relaxation without the stress of keeping them clean and caring for them!
