Contra positive?

I feel the answer is RC(W) -> RC(N). There is no negative language such as not, no, etc. So, I'm not sure why there is in the answer. The purported correct answer is the exact contra positive of the answer I believe is correct. Granted, I'm still learning, but this seems pretty black and white to me.

@Ticknor thanks for reaching out. As you have correctly pointed out (B) is the contrapositive of the statement.

However, it is very important to remember that the contrapositive is identical in meaning to the original statement.

As such, either W ➡️ N or not N ➡️ not W would be the correct diagram of this statement.

The contrapositive is more heavily tested since it is one additional step students must make to find the correct answer so definitely be on the look out for it!
