Isn't the word "Only" helping to quantify the amount of profits companies make that are attributable to good management and NOT being used to introduce "Necessary" in a sufficient & necessary condition sentence?? Thus, it is a Quantifier sentence & NOT a sufficient & necessary condition sentence.
