Hi - I spent a lot of time on this one and couldn't get over how more than 1 answer here could be true - not just one answer (more than one answer choice could be 1989!

You will notice that in the hypothetical we create using the conditions set forth by Question 13, the printer in office 2 is the only machine that could be from 1989.
