@rockinrobinpa as stated in the previous response, this is a Cannot Be True question, so (B) is the correct answer because it directly contradicts the information found in the stimulus, i.e. Neanderthals and Cro-Magnons lived in different environments but used exactly the same type of tools & this would only be true if they faced the same daily challenges and met them in the same way.

(A), (C), (D) and (E), on the other hand, all could be true, i.e. they do not conflict with any information set forth in the stimulus, so they are incorrect.
