Confused about last sentence

I watched the video but I don't understand how the last sentence is diagrammed as: most not DGC or most not DGOT I tried to write it as a sufficient and necessary condition so I'm confused.

@MEIXOXT this is not a S & N statement. It is a quantifier as indicated by the use of the term "most."

If the last sentence had said, "In ALL parts of a certain country, it is either easy to grow cacti or easy to raise orange trees," then using S & N would have been correct.
