The fact that every professor who holds a doctoral degree in computer science really knows about the computers does not help support the conclusion that the dean of computing must be a professor from this university's computer science department.
Make sure you are reading carefully! A "professor who holds a doctoral degree in computer science" is not the same thing as a "professor from this university's computer science department."
