@maos2910 thanks for pointing this out. This is clearly a typo.
(C) should read, "It is cited as a case analogous to loss of consciousness in which people do not draw the same sort of conclusion that some people draw about consciousness."
We have updated the app accordingly.
Our apologies for the confusion here.
Please let us know if you have any other questions.

Great, thank you. It is written the same way in the printed materials.Kyra August 10, 2018
This question is confusing to me. Why is it not B??
MichelleRod August 16, 2018
Thanks for your question, @KyraAnswer choice B reads, "It is cited as a counterexample to a widely accepted belief about the nature of consciousness." This passage gives no indication that the relevant belief is "widely held." We only know that "some people conclude."

Hasn't been fixed yet. Still has words omitted.

I just read (C) and didn't see any words omitted? Let me know if I am missing something.

.* (there's a typo—I meant to write a period instead of a question mark after the first sentence)

For clarity, I'm referring to a typo in my response, not a typo in the question. As noted above, I don't see any typos in (C) anymore.yuandre.g.dieujuste@gmail.com September 12, 2020
This one makes no sense! How is it answer NOT (D).
