Follow up question

On your explanation about Alex 07's question, you are saying "...the two sides belief of Khalid..." Where can I find the clue making me believe 'two sides believe Khalid being reasonable...' on the passage? Doesn't it keep mentioning "it's decision" or "the arbitrator", not Judge Khalid on the passage??? Thanks, always

The first statement in the argument makes it clear that Judge Khalid will have sole responsibility for resolving the Simdon labor dispute. Thus, he is the arbitrator. Judge Khalid was one of a seven-member panel that was appointed to resolve the Amlec labor dispute. The seven-member panel "showed itself both reasonable and fair." Thus, the two sides of the Simdon dispute believe that Judge Khalid, having been on the Amlec labor dispute panel, will likewise be a reasonable and fair arbitrator in their case.

Hope that clears things up! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
