New Sessions

Is it still possible to start new sessions without having our previous answer choices displayed? And is it no longer possible to eliminate answer choices?

No, at the moment, you cannot restart new individual sections without having your previous answer choices displayed. But, you can reset full diagnostic exams once you've finished the entire test. Don't worry, we will be bringing back this feature in our next update!

You can also reset all the questions you've answered in Settings, but this will reset all the questions you've answered.

You can still eliminate answer choices. All you have to do is swipe across the answer to the right. If you want to "un-eliminate" it, then just tap the crossed out answer choice.

Hope that clears things up! Please let us know if you have any more questions.

I know I may be nit picking here but there are a couple more things about the update that are slightly concerning. Occasionally when I swipe an answer to eliminate it and then later decide select it to reconsider the answer it won't let me and it stays crossed out. Also for reading comprehension and the logic games it was nice to have the entire section timed rather than the individual questions that way you can actually read the passage or set the game up while still noting how much time overall you have. Oh and it was nice having the option to submit your answer after it was selected because on touch screens it is easy to select something unintentionally. Also are video explanations for some of the questions still offered? Thanks.

As long as you tap the answer that you've crossed out, it should revert back to normal with no strikethrough.

If you are taking a diagnostic exam, the timer still times you through to 35 minutes. You can see this timer on the bottom of your screen when you are taking a practice exam in the app.

We eliminated the "submit" button because it was unnecessary. If you selected your answer incorrectly, all you have to do is swipe to the right on your screen and you will be directed to the previous question.

The video explanations have not been changed in the update. So all the existing videos are still available and if you ever need a video explanation for a specific game, you can request it through the message board!

Hope that helps! Please let us know if you have any other questions.
