Im confused with the wording of answer A. What does it mean by a casual relationship?

It's not a "casual" relationship. It's a CAUSAL relationship. The stimulus lists a series of ailments that it states are "seemingly connected" with jogging. It then concludes that this data suggests that the human anatomy is not able to withstand the stresses of jogging.

So the stimulus assumes that jogging is CAUSING these ailments.
