Hello, I am wondering how come it is only audio for the game set up and game explanation?

I'm sorry you're having that issue. It shouldn't be just audio. Could you make sure you are using the most up-to-date version of the app? Once you close and open the app, it should work with both a visual and audio component.

Please let us know if this problem still persists.

The problem is still occurring. I have deleted and installed the app multiple times.

Just wanted to make it known I have alerted the support staff, but none of the videos or the message boards for this section are accessible on an android tablet whatsoever.
