No textbook will be evaluated by J and R during the same week?

It does not make sense that no next book will be evaluated by J and R during the same week.... If that's the case, we cannot have both J and R read any textbook, introductory or advance in the same week. But why are all the choices setup that way?

I'm not certain I understand your question, but let's go over these two specific rules. Rule #1 states: "Rosenberg cannot evaluate any introductory textbook until Juarez has evaluated that textbook," and rule #2 states: "Juarez cannot evaluate any advanced textbook until Rosenberg has evaluated that textbook."

This means that Juarez's first book is going to be an introductory textbook, since Rosenberg cannot evaluate an introductory textbook before Jaurez has evaluated that specific one. Likewise, Rosenberg's first textbook will be an advanced textbook because Juarez cannot evaluate any advanced textbook until Rosenberg has evaluated that specific one.
