P1: HSS ==> WO & SM
not WO or not SM ==> not HSS

"only those who are highly successful are well known among their peers,"

P2: WKAP ==> HSS
not HSS ==> not WKAP

"no salespersons who are self-motivated regret their career choices."

P3: SM ==> not RCC
RCC ==> not SM

You are absolutely correct!

Remember that "only" introduces a necessary condition whereas "the only" introduces a sufficient condition.
