Need Help Understanding

I do not understand how the answer could be "human emotion", when passage A did not discuss music and human emotion. Passage A just compared music to language.

Hi there, thanks for your post. Passage A says that both music and human language "use intonation and rhythm to communicate emotions." (Lines 2-3) Hope this helps!

Don't both passages also talk about brain size? why isn't the answer "C"
