Lines 27-29 are the only lines that talk directly about the relationship of medical experts TO custom made illustrations. The last paragraph talks about how custom made illustrations can help prop up expert medical testimony, but the question specifically asks about the relationship of medical experts to custom made illustrations. Lines 27-29 point out that such illustrations would be inadmissible without expert testimony, which is described in (E). Nothing in the passage suggests, as (C) argues, that medical experts explain the images in the courtroom but quite the opposite, that the images help explain expert testimony.
