Question #4

"By that period, however, Greek cities all had marketplaces, or agorae.“ "All" by itself introduces a sufficient condition. Would this rule not make MP the sufficient condition? Again, "all" INTRODUCES a sufficient condition, by definition, this would mean that what comes AFTER the word "introduce" is the SC? Why is what is behind the word introduce, GC, the sufficient condition? How?

For choice B, why does the fact that it's a cause and effect relationship make it the incorrect choice? It is a literal restatement of the first sentence

The information given in the question does not tell you enough to conclude that the relationship is cause and effect. One thing seems to be related to the other, but that doesn't necessarily indicate that one caused the other. Since we're looking for the answer that MUST be true, you need to find the answer that 100% follows from the information given in the question, and we do not have enough information in the passage to definitively prove causation, therefore, (B) can't be the answer.
