I am having trouble understanding what makes this an argument, but the preceding questions are said to be made up of facts. It has been difficult to differentiate.

Also, why in the same question do you not take what is given and diagram its contrapositive? From what I understand, the narrator is treating the given general principle as a contrapositive, and the "assuming" is the positive?
