Hi, I get that this is a major change, but it's not a POLICY as mentioned in the correct answer choice. I eliminated this answer choice because policy was not mentioned in the text. Precept by dictionary definition means "a general rule intended to regulate behavior or thought." in which I assume is the equivalent to the word "policy"
