Question

For question 17 when it says that Owens and Macneil joined in different years, do we assume these are true always? In other words, when questions give facts, do we assume these are true for the master diagram?

When a question gives additional information, you do NOT assume that is true for any other problem in the set - just that one! So for question 18, (and all the previous questions for that game), that assumption/information goes away.
