I’m happy to help. Let’s first look at the big differences between answers B and E.

Answer B says that the claim that “it is unlikely that the world will ever be free of disease” is a conclusion for which a description of the responses of microorganisms. . . is offered as support.

Answer E says that it is a conclusion that is “claimed to follow from the premise” that most microorganisms are immune to medicines designed to kill them.

So while both answers say that it is a conclusion, the rest is different. And crucially, notice what answer E says our conclusion is “claimed to follow from” — that most microorganisms are “immune to medicines designed to kill them.” Did anything in the passage actually say that? No, at most we learned that most diseases (not most microorganisms) are caused by microorganisms whose response to pressures is evolving immunities (not that they are immune.) Some big differences!

That is why answer B is correct. It more accurately reflects the role in the passage (and the rest of the passage itself.) I hope that helps! Please let us know if you have further questions.
