Sorry to hear you're having technical difficulties. I've alerted our technical team about this. In the meantime, here are some things you could try that might resolve the issue:
1) Do you have an iPad or a laptop? Try viewing this question on either of those devices. I'm looking at the question on an iPad Pro right now and have no difficulties with scrolling.
2) Try logging out/exiting the app and restarting it. Sometimes a simple restart can resolve the glitch. This has solved similar issues for me in the past.
