answer C says put the wool dress on the 4th hanger - why is that not false ?

by your discussion above ws is limited to 23 and 34, therefore w has to be in positions 2 or 3, s is in 3 and 4. so w can not be in position 4 because s is to the right and w or s has to be in position 3. what do i not understand?

I think you flipped around s and w. W comes after s.
