I was also confused about this when I first took the course! Yes, the argument is flawed because of the song played: Johnny Cash's "A Boy Named Sue."

This song negates the premise that anyone named Sue is a girl because it is about someone named Sue that is a boy. As the premise is flawed, we cannot logically draw the conclusion that X is a girl based on the premise that X is named Sue.
