Hey,

(E) is a tricky answer that is almost as good as (D) but doesn't quite get there. There are explanations of (D) on other threads on this question by other instructors, so I'll focus on why (E) isn't as good. It's not as complete or accurate, and just distinguishes between the varying costs of transportation, which the conclusion of the argument doesn't focus on. Hope this helps!
