Cant answers A and B both be true. If Q is interviewing fourth, that means that f is also going 4 and that R is interviewing 3. Logically you can surmount that G, H and I are interviewed in that order under S, S, and R.

(A) doesn't force F to be in slot 4. We don't know for sure that Q is interviewing fourth, and indeed, this doesn't have to be the case. We could, therefore, have a solution like
GFIH SQRS
And this solution is consistent with the rules given to us, but G is first, and F is second. Hope this helps!
