Answer Support

Hi LSAT Max, I was wondering if lines 5-15 would support answer choice (A). Originally I thought it might be (C) or (D) when I first did a timed section for this passage. Thanks in advance for the help!

How does one generally approach this question, is rereading necessary. Also B seems like it could be potentially correct as well given that paragraph mentions the limited interest of territorial management

I do think that the first paragraph could somewhat support the right answer here, although I think there is much stronger and more direct support in the third paragraph, where we are told that there was little urgency behind protecting ecosystems.

B is not supported, while it does talk about the limited interest, the passage never tells us that there were unlimited resources.

And I would not say it's necessary to reread. You should ideally read carefully enough the first time through to remember what the passage said, and then confirm that when you see an attractive answer choice.
