Thanks for the question! (C) does seem to be supported by the last paragraph, but its claim is a bit too strong and proven wrong by the last example. It's not necessarily the case that EACH of her interpretations was tailored to a different cultural group. In fact, the last example in the paragraph suggests that (C) is wrong, as that interpretation is tailored to a SOCIAL group. Thus, it's based on economic status, as opposed to cultural identity.
