Can I make a valid deduction if I have a MOST statement and a Conditional statement? For instance, in the video under this section. For example # 3, does the same rule apply for most statements?

Yes, you can. "most" statements are reversible if you replace "most" with "some" and you can pair a "most" statement with a conditional (universal) statement. For example:

A-most -B
A-> C
Therefore, B -some -C
