This is actually a flaw question. We know this because it is asking us to describe the error in reasoning.
On the other hand, a weaken question asks you to weaken, undermine, cast doubt, etc.
You will note as you gain experience that some question types are often very much interrelated. When you weaken a question, you will want to further expose or hinder a flaw in the author's reasoning.
