Mehran is live

So their I am taking a practice test and Mehran is live bubble pops up. Why would it pop up during a practice test? When the chat bubble pops up it blocks most of the lowest most answer choice. I had to move it aside for it to spring back into place when I lifted my finger. I suggest when someone is doing a practice test the chat bubbles should not appear, thanks
