Videos not working

Hello, when I try to play videos from my iPad, none of them seem to work. Is the issue with my iPad or on your end? Thanks!

However, just to see if I can help.. when you click on the video lessons ensure that you have pressed make available offline on the videos. The videos should work once they are loaded. If this doesn't work please contact the support staff so that they can better assist you!
